Filled Pasta

Filled pastas include ravioli, tortellini, agnolotti and fiori – various shaped pastas filled with meat or vegetable.

The ravioli is available in different sizes: ‘bambino’ small size for soups and salads, large and medium sizes for traditional plates of pasta in sauce.

Our fillings cater for both meat and vegetarian lovers – premium grade beef, chicken and duck from the fertile south-west region of Western Australia and fresh ricotta, spinach, pumpkin and just-grated parmesan
cheese.
