Agnolotti

Small-size, folded-over pasta that envelope a classic Italian mix of succulent spinach and ricotta.They'll pair perfectly with fresh tomatoes, garlic and olive oil. Or a pesto sauce.


Cannelloni with beef

Traditional tasty beef and spinach filling enveloped in fine authentic Italian pasta tubes. Perfect to pair with meat, tomato or red wine sauces.


Cannelloni – vegetarian

Our traditional taste favourite – spinach and ricotta cheese enveloped in fine pasta tubes. Perfect with light tomato or white béchamel sauces. Top with grated parmesan.


Conchiglie

Fine jumbo hollow seashell-shaped pasta. Create your own mouth-watering fill from savoury cheeses, meats and vegetables.


Fiori

Tasty vine-grown squash together with creamy feta cheese in traditional flower-shaped pasta. Perfect to pair with butter or garden vegetable sauces.


Girasoli

Made with creamy mascarpone cheese and leafy spinach leaves. Suggest pairing with broccoli, asparagus, butter and zucchini ribbons or with prosciutto in Asiago cheese cream sauce.


Gnocchi Classic Potato

As authentically Italian as potato gnocchi but deliciously lighter in texture. Perfect with a choice of sauces – tomato, pesto, béchamel or simply olive oil with spinach.


Gnocchi Pumpkin

Like potato gnocchi, its pillowy and delicious but with a tasty twist. Works wonderfully well with either pine nuts and butter, pesto or pomodoro sauces.

Available in Beef, Porcini Mushroom, Quattro Formaggi, Italian Sausage, Duck. A perfect balance of tastes within a delicate flavour pasta pocket.

Rustico Ravioli

Squid Linguine
